Speaking on Sunday afternoon at a press briefing in Tehran, the spokesman for Iran’s judiciary Hojjat-ol-Islam Mohseni Ejei said one of the subjects which we are concentrating on at the moment, and which we are planning for in future years, is the role of the judicial branch of the government in realizing and achieving social justice.
The spokesman went on to refer to a statement issued by the Leader of the Islamic revolution on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic revolution. Mohseni Ejei said the statement was comprehensive, insightful, wise and courageous, and aroused a feeling of pride and rejoicing.
Turning to the 11 February rallies and marches, the judiciary spokesman Mohseni Ejei said: “Truly the Iranian people created another epic on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Islamic revolution. With their massive and enthusiastic presence on the streets, they brought jubilation to the friends and supporters of the Islamic revolution, and dashed the hopes of the enemies, frustrating and angering them once more.
